Clemency is a High Throughput Assay Scientist at CyanoCapture working on strain engineering alongside developing a new platform for cloning and assaying engineered strains of cyanobacteria with a higher throughput. Clemency has previously worked as an Organism Engineer at Ginkgo Bioworks after completing a PhD at Nottingham University, sponsored by Mitsubishi, where she worked on metabolically engineering E coli to produce methyl methacrylate.
