Giri joined CyanoCapture in 2021 initially as a fully remote part-time contractor in India, when the company was at idea stage, before moving to the UK to join full-time as a Mechanical Engineer. Giri has performed both dry lab work and external collaborations - developing a holistic set of skills from performing complex CFD simulations using Ansys to performing on site operations at CyanoCapture’s first contracted carbon capture project in Leeds. Giri is currently a part of the $4 million EU-funded COSEC project in Portugal where CyanoCapture is leading a consortium of project partners.
